COMO Metropolitan Singapore Brings SleepHub to Every Room

All 156 rooms and suites at COMO Metropolitan Singapore now have SleepHub, a sound system for deeper sleep, plus a two-night Sleep Dreams stay.

Sleep has become a reason to travel, and hotels are answering with more than a pillow menu. COMO Metropolitan Singapore has gone further than most: since March 2026, all 156 guest rooms and suites have been equipped with SleepHub, a sound-based system designed to guide the brain into deep sleep. COMO describes the hotel as the first and only property in Asia to offer it throughout the house.

Timed for World Sleep Day

COMO Hotels and Resorts announced the rollout in Singapore to mark World Sleep Day on March 13, 2026. The reasoning will sound familiar if you fly often: time zones, unfamiliar rooms and long working days make good sleep harder exactly when you need it most. The hotel presents SleepHub as a practical, science-based way to recover properly in the middle of the city.

The system is complimentary for every guest. There is nothing to book and nothing extra to pay, it is simply part of the room.

How SleepHub works

SleepHub was developed by the UK company Cambridge Sleep Sciences. It plays gentle low-frequency sound waves meant to guide the brain into natural slow-wave sleep, the deep phase linked with physical recovery and memory processing. Unlike a white-noise machine, it is designed to work with the brain's natural rhythms, and it can be fully customized.

According to the hotel, the technology is backed by more than a decade of research and has shown improvements such as falling asleep faster, waking less often at night and feeling more alert in the morning. As with any sleep aid, your own nights are the real test, and ongoing sleep problems belong with a doctor.

Sleep Dreams: two nights built around rest

Building on the rollout, the hotel has relaunched its enhanced Sleep Dreams package, a two-night stay that combines SleepHub with specialist support and treatments at COMO Shambhala, the brand's urban flagship. It includes:

  • a 60-minute COMO Shambhala Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session
  • Heat Therapy and a signature COMO Shambhala massage
  • a sleep survey with a face-to-face online evaluation by The ENT, Voice, and Snoring Clinic
  • in-room SleepHub, a COMO Shambhala Sleep Kit and complimentary Club21 pajamas

The package starts from SGD 1,380++ per room for two nights, including breakfast and full access to the Sleep Dreams program. If you have a health condition or are pregnant, ask your doctor before a hyperbaric oxygen session.

Part of a larger wellness picture

SleepHub complements a wellness offer that the hotel anchors in the 29 years of experience COMO Shambhala has in integrative health, from yoga and Pilates to fitness and food. COMO sees real luxury in the freedom to rest, recover and look after your wellbeing. General Manager Ruby Garcia puts it more briefly: “At COMO Metropolitan Singapore, wellness begins with sleep.”

For travelers, the appeal lies in the combination: a room that helps with the first night after a long flight, and a spa program for those who want to look at their sleep more closely. When you arrive, ask how the system is set up and how to adjust it, so the room fits your own habits.
